Job Description :
Healthcare Program Manager to manage virtual health care enablement programs which is patient navigation delivered via digital and telecommunication technologies. It includes video visits and telemedicine, remote monitoring, asynchronous communication, medication adherence, and clinician or provider-facing solutions, such as virtual consults and virtual second opinions
Project Management Professional (PMP)® Certification.
Scrum /Agile Certifications preferred
Lean Six Sigma preferred
5+ years of healthcare operations experience. Strong Supervision and Leadership skills.
5+ years of experience in supervising and building relationships with people at all levels.
5+ years healthcare IT experience preferred.
Project Management experience in a Health care environment is a must.
Experience in managing telemedicine, remote patient care, patient monitoring projects
Experience in managing healthcare digital enablement projects/Digital delivery projects
Direct clinical experience in clinical operational workflows in an acute and ambulatory setting
Direct clinical experience in Clinical applications in an acute and ambulatory setting
Experience in Telehealth/Virtual Health services
Understanding of and application experience in Finance and Accounting principles in relation to budgeting, purchasing and analyzing financial results.
