Job Title:Hardware Test Engineer Location: Hudson, MA Duration: Long term Contract Key Responsibilities : Test bed setups, Test Automation Infrastructure maintenance, enhancements. Test Execution monitoring and reporting. Analysis of performance / stress test results and comparing with benchmark. Review numerous test failure reasons to determine root cause (strong debugging and troubleshooting skills Coordinate with Hardware Vendors, as necessary, on technical issues related to test failures. Handling pre-production and production incidents (Incident Management) based on the hardware and firmware mismatches. Making sure that work is delivered in defined SLAs Maintain office Business hours 9AM 6PM Job Description: Strong knowledge on Cloud Computing and Data Center Architecture. Strong knowledge on Hardware Components Motherboard, BIOS, NIC, SATA SSD and NVMe SSD, HDD, FPGA, DIMM Knowledge on computer performance metrics (things to measure) i.e. Latency, Throughput, Processing Speed. PowerShell Scripting expertise to develop utility tools. Strong knowledge on Windows Server and Network Administration. Experience with Visual Studio Online (TFS) or similar ticketing and workflow system. Experience using Microsoft Office product suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Experience with testing and networking knowledge. Experience Required 3+ years of industry experience. Education Technical degree required, Computer Science degree desired Master's Degree is desirable
