Job Description :
As a GRC Specialist / Architect, you would work with Information Security organization assisting in the automation of the compliance assessments/ GRC process into EGRC tool to improve the GRC functions within the Organization:


1. Archer Portal Administrator and team lead for the Project Requirements
2. Development of use cases, building and debugging program according to design specifications
3. System testing of Archer
4. Build and test system interfaces
5. Participate in QA review and audits
6. Meet Stakeholders, conduct workshops for data gathering
7. Document gaps and best practices that can be employed
8. Playback and confirm understanding
9. Gather acceptance criteria
10. Identify Potential issues and risks in the project, highlight to project manager/ clients and take corrective/preventive actions
11. Prepare necessary documentation validate, approve and sign-off

Technical Skills:
1. 10+ years of overall experience in designing, implementing and supporting Information Technology requirements for clients
2. 1-3 Years of Archer Development experience must with Strong Functional Knowledge.
3. Minimum 2 projects of Archer Audit Management
4. Strong knowledge in building Data feeds and consuming Webservice
5. Reports and dashboard building Archer Server maintenance
6. Experience in Implementing Archer Use case (Policy Management, Incident Management, Enterprise Management, etc)
7. Supply recommendations and subject matter expertise for the development/architecture of the Archer platform.
8. Plan for upgrades and patching across the testing and production environments of the Archer platform.
9. Provide effort estimation based on the business requirements.
10. Production Support Activities. Knowledge in SDLC process recommended and Agile Methodology
11. 1+ years of work experience in defining business and functional requirements for e-GRC platform automation (e.g. RSA Archer, BWise, OpenPages, Agiliance
