Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Analyst with a strong background in Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) to join our team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing compliance, risk, audit processes, and documentation, and will be skilled in project management. This role is essential for ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and maintaining robust GRC practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Governance & Compliance: Oversee and manage GRC frameworks to ensure adherence to regulatory and internal policies, particularly focusing on FCC compliance.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to financial crime and compliance. Develop and implement risk management strategies.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage GRC-related projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Audit & Documentation: Coordinate internal and external audits, maintain comprehensive documentation, and ensure record-keeping practices are adhered to.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Regularly review and update compliance procedures to reflect changes in regulations and industry best practices.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective communication of compliance requirements and risk management strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 8-10 years of experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), with a specific focus on Financial Crime Compliance (FCC).
  • Skills: Strong understanding of compliance, risk management, audit processes, and documentation.
  • Project Management: Proven experience in managing projects, with a strong ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., CISA, CISM, CRISC, CAMS) are preferred.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
