Genesys Pure Cloud enablement experience is a must and needs to be strong on product design and implementation. The associate should be able to design and implement Genesy's pure cloud environment configuration, implementation, and deployment to production. The associate is expected to work with their internal telecom, infra groups to support Pure cloud implementation. Ensure Necessary technical expertise and support for Genesys Pure cloud implementation. Candidate is expected to liaise with Business users, call center groups for Pure cloud implementation and support. Participate in business stakeholder meetings, orientation and ongoing training of new IT staff Programming experience Java, Java Scripting, Node JS, Python also pretty much required for this role.
