 About the Role:
 We are seeking a mid-level Associate (ideally 3rd - 5th year) to join our Electrical Engineering and Computer Science Patent Prosecution Practice Group. The role involves working on high-impact, cutting-edge patent matters in collaboration with one of the most respected Intellectual Property teams in the country.
 
 Responsibilities:

Draft and prosecute U.S. and foreign patent applications

Manage a patent docket for a variety of clients
   -  
Advise clients on patent strategy, portfolio development, and due diligence
   -  
Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends
   
 
 Requirements:

Experience:
  -  
Minimum 3 years in patent preparation and prosecution
   -  
Prior law firm, engineering, or tech industry experience preferred
   
   -  
Education:
  -  
Undergraduate or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Physics
   
   -  
Licensing:
  -  
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school
   -  
Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction of intended office
   -  
USPTO registration required
   
   
 
 Preferred Technical Exposure:
 Experience in patent prosecution involving one or more of the following:

Machine Learning / Artificial Intelligence / Neural Networks
   -  
Radio Frequency (RF) Circuitry
   -  
Hardware or Communications Security (e.g., encryption/decryption)
