Solutions Architect works with business partners to understand what problems need to be solved or what business outcomes need to be achieved. With that information, the Lead Solution Architect designs a conceptual solution leveraging the right technologies & solutions to meet the objective. The types of problems will be diverse in scope and range from moderate to substantial complexity. This specific role is aligned to the Voice Space which includes designing conceptual solutions related to the client''s IVR Platform.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Influence and set technical direction in the Voice portfolio. Provide architectural strategies & solutions, assessments and road maps for Voice portfolio applications
Collaborate with product owners to understand functional requirements and interact with other cross-functional teams to provide solution architect expertise
Contribute to and lead the build vs buy decisions from a technical leader perspective in collaboration with the business & delivery leaders
Communicate and present technical aspects, risks, challenges, and selling points of a solution to IT and Business partners
Identify, evaluate and assess risks to mitigate them and eliminate any factor that might hinder the successful delivery of a solution


Qualifications:
Required Qualifications
Bachelor''s Degree in Computer Science or a related field
8 years of architecture/engineering experience and 12+ years in the telecom space
Deep knowledge of IVR platform (Nuance/Genesys), Avaya environment, Oracle SBC, SIP/voice telecommunications protocols, and telephone systems
Proven experience in end user solutions for large corporations where uptime and continuous availability is core to the business
Experience delivering platform and product architecture for enterprise scale solutions in Azure and GCP cloud environments
Skilled with broad, conceptual understanding of the technology architecture trends and direction coupled with demonstrated technical mastery with digital technologies & frameworks
Ability to influence teams & business partners to a future state with a focus on incremental value
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences


Preferred Qualifications
Experience with IVR/Voice channel
Master''s Degree in Computer Science or a related field
