ERP Tech Solutions Manager

Job Summary:

The ERP Tech Solutions Manager is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, integration, and support of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems across the organization. This role ensures that ERP solutions align with business needs, improve operational efficiency, and support digital transformation initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation, upgrade, and maintenance of ERP systems.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Manage ERP modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and Manufacturing.
  • Oversee system integrations with other enterprise applications.
  • Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance within ERP platforms.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with vendors or internal teams for resolution.
  • Lead and mentor a team of ERP developers, analysts, and support staff.
  • Manage vendor relationships and third-party service providers.
  • Drive continuous improvement and optimization of ERP processes.
  • Prepare documentation, reports, and user training materials.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Strong understanding of business processes across multiple domains.
  • Experience in ERP implementation and integration projects.
  • Knowledge of databases, APIs, and system architecture.
  • Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • ERP certifications (SAP/Oracle/Dynamics).
  • Experience with cloud-based ERP solutions.
  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
