Endpoint Analyst

100% Remote

Role Overview

We are seeking an Endpoint Analyst to manage, monitor, and secure endpoint devices across the organization. This role focuses on endpoint protection, compliance, and ensuring smooth operation of user devices such as laptops, desktops, and mobile systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage endpoint devices (laptops, desktops, mobile devices)
  • Implement and maintain endpoint security solutions (EDR, antivirus, patching tools)
  • Perform vulnerability assessments and remediation on endpoints
  • Manage OS deployments, updates, and patch management
  • Investigate and respond to endpoint security incidents
  • Ensure compliance with organizational security policies
  • Support endpoint configuration, imaging, and software installations
  • Collaborate with IT and security teams to improve endpoint posture
  • Maintain documentation of endpoint configurations and processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with endpoint management tools (e.g., SCCM, Intune, or similar)
  • Knowledge of endpoint security solutions (EDR/XDR, antivirus)
  • Understanding of Windows, macOS, and mobile OS environments
  • Familiarity with patch management and vulnerability scanning
  • Basic knowledge of networking and security concepts
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Bash)
  • Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards
  • Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Endpoint certifications
