This resource will join a team supporting the back-end engineering of several inventory search features of a consumer application used during a customer's in-store experience. Our client is looking for skilled data engineers with experience in Java+ Springboot, Apache Solr for scaling enterprise search, and Apache Beam for defining and executing data processing pipelines, including ETL, batch and stream processing. Requirements: Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science or related field required Minimum of 5 - 8 years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and delivering software solutions in Java (preferred) or Python Solid knowledge of Solr, Apache Beam, Java & Springboot, ATG/Endeca (preferred but not required) Working experience with Streaming and batch processing tools like Apache Beam (preferred), Spark etc. Understanding of Big Table and Big Query. Experience in Spring boot framework and microservices development.
