Role: DQ Tech Lead Job Location Deerfield, IL Contract Roles/Responsibilities (5 8 day to day candidate's responsibilities) Candidate should have strong Data Quality and Analysis experience Knowledge and hands-on experience in SQL, Unix shell scripting Analyze the data quality related As-Is state and business concerns Work closely with client technical leads, architects and business leads to understand and articulate business and technical requirements and constraints Identify Key data attributes and define data quality rules around them in accordance with Business SMEs Should be well-versed with Data Quality Framework and should lead the discussions and help clients select the right framework for their data quality solution Coordinate with the SMEs to finalize the data cleansing strategy Define technical architecture, create, present and get sign-offs for DQ design documents, be the single point of contact for all data quality related questions Support developers and testers in understanding the overall client requirements and proposed solution architecture in an onsite-offshore mode Provide recommendations and best practices for the overall DQ solution implementation Should have implementation experience with data quality tools Should lead the team from offshore, work closely with the onsite and other stakeholders Should be able to understand the data quality assessment requirements and approach Perform data profiling Prepare data quality analysis reports Share the assessment findings with the onsite lead for business review Identify the data quality business and technical rules for performing validation checks Required Qualifications (5 8 bullet points on must have skills) Strong Healthcare experience Good knowledge in Atacama Data Quality Tool Good knowledge in Calibri Data Catalogue Tool Strong knowledge in Data Quality, Analysis and Profiling skillsets Proficient in SQL Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks with competing priorities. Demonstrated problem solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and with an ability to interpret and communicate analytical information to individuals and groups with varying levels of analytics expertise in a clear and concise manner. Demonstrated ability to present complex results and conclusions to non-technical audiences and to senior decision-makers. Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and in a team setting with individuals having diverse professional backgrounds including business, technical, and/or clinical.
