Role: .Net Full Stack Lead/Architect Location: Richmond, VA and Princeton, NJ Duration: Contract to hire. OOAD - Must have Software Development Experience- Must have Unit test frameworks - Must have REST API Development- Must have for API dev position HTTP/S Protocol- Must have for all Web dev positions including API, MicroServices, optional otherwise Design Patterns - Must have Software Design- Must have Engineering Discipline - Must have. Obsessed about delivering best possible software following best in class Engineering practices such as BDD/TDD, Unit Test Cases, Code Quality, OOAD Standards etc. SQL- Must have RDBMS (any Must have Un-structure DB (any Desired EF & EF Core- Must have expert level understanding of most commonly used spring libraries for web, security TFS Or Azure DevOps- Must have expert level understanding of most commonly used apache libraries for web, security REST API Security- Must have for API dev position, optional otherwise OpenAPI, RAML, Swagger- Must have for API dev position, optional otherwise .NET Framework 4.5 and above- Must have .NET Core- Must have Docker and container architecture- Optional, but a definite plus Kubernetes- Optional, but a definite plus Dev Community Contributor- Desirable if is an active dev community contributor such as sourceforge. Blog- Desirable if active technology blog contributor Open source project contributions- Advantageous if significant contributions are made to open source projects but not mandatory As part of Clients Digital and Analytics practice you will be at the forefront of digital revolution in a customer facing role, helping Clients customers through their digital transformation journey. You will be part of modern applications team helping our customers realize their digital dreams by developing modern cloud native applications using latest modern technologies and applying industry best practices. What You'll Need To Be Successful Hands-on developer with deep expertise in .NET framework and C# programming language Highly experienced in building stable, fault tolerant, scalable applications with microservices, and RESTful APIs. Understand design implications of various design choices such as multi-threaded, distributed, real-time applications. Demonstrable ability to learn new technologies and programming languages in short amount of time Working knowledge of container architecture, container frameworks such as Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes Major contribution to any leading open-source projects will be a plus Ability to travel up to 75% of the time (varies depending on customer needs, focused within Region) What You'll Achieve Work on given business requirements to develop highly efficient, fault tolerant code following industry best practices such as TDD, and following OOAD design principles Work on application development, operations readiness, database design and installation, and test automation. Help build CI/CD automation, CI/CD tooling setup, automate deployment following DevOps principles and best practices Evangelize frameworks, project deliverables, best practices/policies and implementations to internal collaboration networks and IP sharing Identify opportunities and efficiencies in customers IT operating model, and support implementation of the SLDC pipeline to get greater value out of the Customer platform.
