Job Description:
Responsibilities: Rewrite older application developed in vb6, MS Access and C to either visual studio C# windows programs, SSIS packages, etc. to support the Enterprise Applications area. Individual needs to be proficient in the technology in order to complete the programming work quickly and cost effectively. They will need to get requirements, create functional & technical specifications, program, test, implement, and maintain applikcations. They must adhere to Cleveland-Cliffs programming and process standards.
Assignment: Cleveland-Cliffs Manufacturing Application Developer for the Planning, Quality, Logistics, & Manufacturing support team.
Primary Skills Required: ASP.net, MVC, SQL, SSIS, C#, vb.net, .net core, Very good written and verbal communication, full SDLC experience.
Min Req - ASP.NET, VB.NET &/or C#, SQL, SSIS, SSRS, MS Visual Studio, MVC, JS, AJAX, GIT. Strong web, windows, & SQL developer - 6+ Yrs Exp. Excellent verbal & written communication skills. Strong debugging skills. Experience in full SDLC.
Pref Rq - In addition to above: SSAS, Bootstrap, Power BI, at least two years project lead experience or direct business contact experience.
