JD:

Timeline to hire: will start interviewing next week—their hope is to conclude interviews within next 2 weeks and onboard asap (will need to pass drug and background before starting)
Location: Remote- team is based out of Miami but they are all remote due to COVID. Approx. 3 of the positions are going to remain fully remote even if Assurant returns to an office setting before project is complete. The other roles would ideally be onsite in Miami once Assurant returns to office—but I don’t think that is likely going to happen this year.
Interview process:
1. 30min Zoom interview with the managers (panel interview)
2. 1 hour technical Zoom interview with Team Leads (may incl. coding exercises)


Team culture: highly collaborative, fast-paced, Agile
Project details: will be building out functionalities for applications used to on-board new clients. Each manager has different focuses within this project, however.
Fun fact: Assurant is currently undergoing enterprise Cloud Transformation (to Azure) and Agile transformation

This is a fixed budget they have per resource so the lower the pay rate, the longer they would possibly be able to keep resource on assignment. ? Please do not share that information with candidates.

Required skills: (all required but highlighted are ESPECIALLY important)
Senior level .Net experience (7+ years development)
C#
Expert Angular (newer iterations preferred, client is using Angular 9 currently)—screening questions attached to use as guideline (these were provided by one of the managers to help us vet out experience)
.Net CORE (minimum 1 year)
SQL Server
Agile experience
Excellent communication, energetic personality

Nice to have:
Azure
Sitefinity (or any CMS experience)
