JOB PURPOSE/ROLE
.NET Web Developer responsible for delivering systems support services, development of minor enhancements, coordinate with customers.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Maintains and modifies digital web applications
· Provide technical support for the external and internal web applications that includes handling day to day incidents, development of enhancements, installation, deployments, upgrades/patches, performance monitoring, coordinate with other internal teams for troubleshooting.
· Perform complex diagnosis of problems, provide solutions, coordinate and implement fixes for incidents or enhancements.
· Responsible for addressing critical issues as necessary.
· Collaborate with development teams, business teams to understand business requirements and perform technical changes to support issues/enhancements.
· Support Web applications developed in ASP .Net,React.js,Knockout.js Sitecore, MongoDB, ForgeRock, Rest APIs, SQL, Web services etc.,
KEY SKILLS
· Must have excellent written and verbal skills and be able to communicate and work with all levels within the organization.
· Must be able to coordinate and facilitate technical meetings with multiple stakeholders.
· Must be self-starter, maintain skill set and become proficient in new technologies, processes and skills.
· Must have extensive experience with ASP.Net MVC, ADO.NET and Front end web technologies (JQuery,..); Sitecore developer experience is preferred.
· Must know React js or knockout js
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
· Atleast 7+ years of experience in ASP.Net development
· 4+ years of experience providing production support for a Web application
· 3+ years of production support experience
· Good knowledge of SQL Server and Stored Procedures
· Good understanding of Web services, Rest API's
· Experience in GIT
