We seek a few Business Development Manager(s)/Director Of Sales to build and maintain relationships in the Tri-State/Other Area staffing business. You will manage a sales pipeline, execute sales activities and be responsible for creating and managing relationships with Hiring Managers, ensuring we are continuously building rapport while partnering with our recruiting team to match top talent with clients. Responsibilities: Generate new business and expand on existing customer relationships. Execute sales strategies in large accounts, mid-market, and emerging businesses. Acquire and manage large, complex enterprise accounts with multiple buying influences. Negotiate favorable agreements, including favorable payment terms and recruiting fees. Build long-term relationships and gain the trust of clients through various techniques inclusive of, but not limited to cold calling, networking, and referrals. Build high-quality, long-term business relationships with clients. Manage client relationships at the executive-level in conjunction with leadership, keeping our company in good standing with clients. Maintain sound idea of Contract/Fulltime/Contract-to-hire roles. Partner with our Off-Shore recruiters. Identify opportunities thru networking events and business groups. Develop and sustain effective new business relationships with clients to leverage and set up effective account management. Identify prospective clients & create the go-to-market plan for the identified territory & industry vertical requirement. Ensure high customer satisfaction by working closely with the project teams and achieve committed service quality. Fulfill other responsibilities as assigned, including special projects. Qualifications: Ability to strike conversation and build rapport with clients and vendors. Strong capabilities in developing and managing sales opportunities from beginning to end; including qualification, proposal, final selection, due diligence, and closing. Ability to evaluate client staffing needs and work with decision-makers to qualify and close opportunities. Willing to travel throughout the Tri-State Area. Demonstrated experience in effective negotiation and closing techniques to secure profitable business. Skilled in generating business from new accounts with the capability to drive and lead customer relationships into multimillion-dollar engagements.
