Title: DevSecOps Engineer I
Duration: Full time
Location: Remote
As a DevSecOps Engineer and Member of Agile Team you will provide leadership, along with technical and specialized guidance in software engineering and DevSecOps on the Azure Platform using PaaS services like Azure DevOps and Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS) (including Agile, IT Service Management, and Lean) to team members.
What you will do:
- Shall participate in the design, development, testing, and management of processes and tools in the DevSecOps tool chain
- Provides mentoring support and briefings to the Organization on DevSecOps concepts and tooling, especially in the area of Configuration Management (CM) and Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD)
- Ensures that systems are compliant with established standards and requirements
- You will get to work on a building a modern DevSecOps Platform for a Federal Financial Agency
What you need to have:
- Must have familiarity with DevSecOps tools, coding languages, and techniques such as GitHub, TFS, AKS, containerization, everything as code, and zero-trust
- Experienced in software engineering and the DevSecOps discipline
- Experience in K8S or willingness to complete CKAD within 90 days of employment
- Experience: 3-5 years
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in information technology or related field of study
