Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer (10 - 15 years) to lead the design, implementation, and management of scalable infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in cloud platforms, automation, container orchestration, and system reliability practices to support high-performing software delivery environments.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and manage scalable, secure, and high-availability DevOps infrastructure across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.

Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.

Manage and deploy applications using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, or GKE).

Monitor system performance, reliability, and cost optimization using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch, or Datadog.

Drive DevSecOps initiatives to embed security into CI/CD and infrastructure layers.

Collaborate closely with development, QA, and operations teams to enhance deployment strategies and reduce downtime.

Lead incident management, root cause analysis, and post-mortem reviews for production issues.

Mentor junior DevOps engineers and establish best practices for automation and configuration management.

Ensure compliance with enterprise standards for system security, governance, and disaster recovery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

10 - 15 years of hands-on DevOps / Systems Engineering experience.

Proven experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).

Strong proficiency with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, etc.).

Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.

Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm).

Strong background in Linux system administration and shell scripting.

Knowledge of networking, security, load balancing, and performance optimization.

Experience with monitoring, alerting, and logging tools (Grafana, ELK, Splunk, Prometheus).

Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Preferred Skills:

Experience with microservices architecture and serverless frameworks (Lambda, Cloud Functions).

Exposure to Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles.

Knowledge of database management and automation (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
