Job Description :
Certifications Required: CSPO OR SAFe Certified Product Owner (POPM)
Mandatory Skills: Writing User Stories, Backlog Grooming, PI Planning, Banking OR Mortgage Product Knowledge,SAFe Experience (Scaled Agile Framework)
Required Skill& Experience:
1. Senior Product Owners with relevant CSPO/SAFe Product owner certifications
2. SAFe Agile experience preferred. Agile experience mandatory
3. Comfortable being an individual product owner for assigned team to take care of all role requirements such as Backlog management, Defect prioritization, work prioritization, defining requirements, accepting demos and performing demos
4. Able to network with various senior stakeholders including business experience leaders and define requirements clearly for the team
5. Very familiar with Behaviour driven development (BDD) to define user stories and decompose features
6. Familiar with JIRA and Rally
7. Knowledge of Banking Domain / Mortgage product to be able to deliver quick results.
