Roles & Responsibilities:
IT Service Desk Technician is the single point of contact for customers to obtain technical support.
Install, assess, troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade computers and equipment of different types, including copiers, printers, and scanners, of all users so that they perform optimally.
Investigating and diagnosing network problems, collecting IT usage stats, making recommendations for improving the companys IT systems and carrying out routine configuration and installation of IT solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities :
As a system administrator responsible for administration, management, and support activities associated with the IT infrastructure at a multi-user organization.
Sys Admin responsibilities Monitoring and alerting.
User permissions and administration.
SSO and password management.
File organization and management.
System usage policies and procedures.
Software installation, updates and upkeep.
Redundancies, rollovers and recovery plans.
