Job Description
In-depth understanding of Emerson DeltaV platform.

  1. In-depth understanding of PLC hardware/software platforms such as Rockwell Automation, and Siemens.
  2. In-depth understanding of HMI/SCADA hardware/software platforms such as Servers, VM's, Networks, Rockwell Automation FactoryTalk and Plant Pax, Aveva System Platform and Edge, Inductive Automation Ignition, Client iFIX, Siemens Winn CC and TI Portal.
  3. Understanding of DCS hardware/software platforms such as Emerson DeltaV or similar.
  4. Understanding of Batch/Recipes, OEE, MES, and ERP systems.
  5. Experience in industries such as Life Sciences, Building Automation, Food and Beverage, and Water Treatment.
  6. Experience in the design of electrical schematics, and control panels.
  7. Experience with AutoCAD is also desired
  8. Experience leading a team of engineers/technicians to provide control system solutions
  9. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Science preferred) and 5 years experience, or Master's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Science preferred) and 4 years experience.
  10. Minimum of 5 years applicable automation and/or instrument and control system experience.
  11. Minimum of 3 years in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry/GMP experience.

Nice to have:

  1. Pharma domain experience
  2. Knowledge of Application lifecycle management (ALM) tool
  3. Knowledge of Trackwise tool
