At this time we are not open to considering candidates that require current or future immigration support (H4, EAD, TN, H-1B, OPT/CPT, F1 et cetera)
We are open to non-local candidates and for the time being, will be conducting final interviews via Microsoft Teams
We are working remote until at least July 2021, however, after that date there is a chance that we will return to the office full time or using a hybrid model. If we do return to the office, this person will have to sit on-site
Because of this, in your submittal, please confirm that the candidate will relocate to Metro Detroit should we return to the office

Requirements:t
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience administering Oracle databases 11g or 12c
Experience in performance tuning
Proficiency in PL/SQL coding, troubleshooting, and performance tuning experience in a high availability environment
Experience in an Oracle Real Application Cluster (RAC) environment
Experience with Oracle Automatic Storage Management (ASM)
Experience installing, upgrading, and patching databases
Proficient in Unix Shell Scripting
Participate in 24x7 on-call rotational schedule
Have the ability to access the client remotely with personal provided hardware when on-call
Work onsite at the assigned client work location


Preferred:
Experience as DBA in a J2EE environment
Oracle DBA certification
