• This is a very important role that will guide the team through the delivery and then become consultant for the tech and business team going forward.
• Someone who can start creating logical diagrams of what data we have in PMDM (or getting) and how it is related to physical storage.
• Will certainly need this person to have some background in overall real estate business and the associated data and relationships
• Should have 6+ years of experience in implementing Data warehousing solutions
• Highly motivated people. Go getters who can lead through challenges and gray area
• People should be experienced in leading large data ingestion projects. This is NOT a learn and Grow opportunity. This is SWAT team effort.
• Will be really preferred if they have any experience with Yardi/MRI or Commercial Real Estate experience
