Job Description:
Our Client is looking CyberArk L3 Support who is fluent with CyberArk to provide L3 support.
Responsibilities
* 3 to 5 years of experience in support of Privileged Account Management using CyberArk
* Should have experience on the following CyberArk versions:
* V10 and v11
* Responsible for privileged User account administration of various Windows , UNIX and other app accounts
* Perform health check monitoring on all CyberArk components to ensure consistent availability of system to end user.
* Knowledge of managing CyberArk workflow and policies.
* Auditing Accounts and work on various reports, user''s server login issues and user permission issues as per requirements.
* Experience in executing Bulk password upload
* Basic knowledge of MSSQL, ORACLE, UNIX, Active Directory, Windows etc
* Experience using LDAP, Active Directory.
* Experience in working with SIEM systems, ticketing systems such as SNOW, enterprise monitoring and alerting using SNMP.
* Understanding of SSH and Windows RDP.
* Be a strong team player
Required qualifications :
* 3-5 years of strong PAM support experience
* Strong oral and written communications skills
* Customer Facing Exposure is must
* CyberArk Certified Defender
