Certified Service Now administrator (active certificationlt; /p> Minimum 4 years' experience working as a ServiceNow developer Experience coding with AngularJS, JavaScript, SOAP, REST API, mobile development, Ajax, Jelly, Glide, and jQuery Software Integration experience utilizing Web Based API Hand on experience in all client side and server side objects of service now like Client Scripts, Catalog Client Scripts, UI Policy, Catalog UI Policy, BR, Script Include, ACL, Form Design, Form Layout changes, Workflows(with experience in using major activities in workflow along with activities used for orchestration), UI Action, Ui Context Menu, Transform Maps, configuring DS, writing Email scripts, Email notification, Email Templates, Field Styles, Dynamic Pages, Static Pages Custom UI Changes with usage of Web Technologies such as DOM, HTML changes. Experience with ServiceNow' s Service Watch, Service Mapping, Discovery and GRC Experience in CMDB class and its relationship A fundamental understanding of ITIL practices, ITSM, ITOM, CSM, ITBM, Security Ops Good understanding in Service Portal and hands-on experience in Widget, Instance and pages, Scripted Web-Services, AJAX, Rules, SOAP, REST SSO-SAML Setup and Integration of ServiceNow to Other Applications Exposure to ServiceNow platform capabilities and tools like Discovery and Orchestration and other applications like etc. MULTI-SSO setup using company IDP and configuring the same for approval authentication in various process areaslt; /p> Custom UI Changes with usage of Web Technologies such as DOM, HTML changes. Understands technical and functional design requirements related to ServiceNowlt; /p> Strong communication, Strong presentation and writing skills Experience presenting and conducting demo reviews with client stakeholders Excellent troubleshooting skills with ability to demonstrate influence in a consultative fashion to stakeholders and other team members.
