We are seeking to hire a Senior Business Analyst for the Customer Relationship View (CRV) initiative as part of Branch, ATM and Enterprise Business Technology Services group. CRV is a CRM platform being built to address the needs of Community Banking and Virtual Channels. An ideal candidate:

o Must be articulate and able work directly with senior management as a high-level expert.

o Communication both written and verbal must be clear, concise and easily understood by multiple levels within the organization.

o Leads process discovery, user story creation and backlog grooming sessions with cross functional stakeholder groups.

o Acts as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by evaluating current processes and recommending new e-commerce solutions that reduce costs or extend current capabilities.

o Acts as liaison between client area, technical organization, and other affected areas by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of highly complex business problems to be solved through strategic eCommerce-based solutions (e.g., Intranet and Internet

o Partners with User Acceptance Testing team to ensure appropriate business scenarios are identified and scripted; and defects are identified and prioritized.

o Works with project teams through integration discovery and scoping phases of their implementation projects.

o May function as project manager for large and complex projects.

o May required to develop project plans and schedules, including budgets.
