Job Title : Creative Project/Account Manager

Role Overview

As the Creative Project/Account Manager you are the primary partner for the management of turnkey display and social paid media campaigns executed by the Client Creative team. You are responsible for ensuring the successful launch of campaigns from briefing through in-market delivery, working on multiple projects and with multiple stakeholders simultaneously. This role requires the ability to flex across a strong project management capability and classic account management skills, balancing operational efficiency with the quality/impact of the work output.

This position will report to the Senior Manager Creative Project/Account Management.

 

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or 4 years equivalent work experience
  • 2-3 years’ experience in fast-paced client-facing or project management role
  • 2-3 years’ experience in agency or marketing role
  • Has foundational knowledge of creative operations and digital advertising

 

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for campaign management and batched execution of display and social paid media campaigns
  • Builds relationships and works collaboratively with multiple stakeholders, while thinking critically to build creative timelines; Understands/manages client needs, while running the day-to-day of projects
  • Partners with Media Strategy to understand the media plan and creative deliverables; Supports trafficking
  • Ability to translate business/marketing briefs into the necessary creative inputs; Kicks off internal/external Creative teams
  • Understands the creative process and applies this knowledge to the approach to the work
  • Oversees creative concepting, leads creative presentations and feedback discussions, and champions the work with partners within the parameters of the creative templates
  • Skilled at balancing constraints such as dependencies, change requests, and off-process situations and delivers operationally efficient solutions
  • Understands the impacts of execution decisions on the customer experience, campaign objectives, and time/people/budget resources
  • Recommends and supports implementation of process improvements and champions new processes/tools
  • Clear and consistent written and verbal communicator with keen attention to detail
