Location: Austin, TX (After Covid Onsite)

JD:
· Understanding of Citrix, Azure, Terminal Services, thin client, vSphere solutions
· NetScaler and RDS Web experience
· Windows Virtual Desktop (WVD) Knowledge/working experience or desire to move /work with WVD and its related technology
· Identify any local network infrastructure, peripherals, firewall troubleshooting, etc to ensure resolution.
· Experience with high availability architecture, load balancing, failover, DNS, and GSLB/GTM
· Microsoft RDS / RemoteApp knowledge or experience (for migration purposes)
· Active Directory and Group Policy management experience concerning the role
· Excellent Client Infrastructure troubleshooting skills and knowledge of problem resolution methodologies
· Demonstrated in-depth experience managing complex environments
· Proficient understanding of standard tools used in and service and testing of network and computer systems.
· Computer and Networking Skills required
· Proficiency in production data analysis (application and usage logs, network trace, and configuration)
· Knowledge of current operating systems and network configuration
· Experience troubleshooting local peripherals (printer, signature pad, etc.)
· Experience troubleshooting electronic services such as tied to Change Healthcare (electronic billing, Prescriptions, and
Insurance, etc.)
· Experience with MS Office Suite, in particular MS Outlook integration, MS Word and troubleshooting of templates
· within a software product being utilized by MS Word
· Manage high workload and balance multiple simultaneous priorities and objectives
· Follow proper procedures and protocol and adhere to appropriate external and internal regulatory compliance
· Conduct all business with integrity and professionalism and maintain ethical standards
· Support and promote a healthy, professional and positive work environment
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to make decisions independently
