Responsible for CICS and supporting products lifecycle management • Executed complex project planning using Agile methodologies for CICS high availability project CICS v5.5 upgrade installation and rollout to 500+ CICS regions including SMPE work • Ownership of L3 support for CICS including working with vendors on PMR resolution • Provide training, onboarding and development of 3 new team member hires • Lead high availability CICS project with IPIC and RLS file implementation and conversion • Lead and completed CICS environment conversion.
