Position: Workday HCM lead (Remote)
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 18 months
Job Description
We are seeking a certified Workday HCM Lead to join our team in a fully remote capacity. The ideal candidate will have proven experience with Workday HCM implementations from a partner-side perspective and will bring expertise in both HCM and either Absence or Time Tracking modules.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute end-to-end Workday HCM implementations for diverse clients.

Coordinate project deliverables and work closely with client stakeholders and internal teams.

Ensure high-quality configuration and deployment of Workday HCM, Absence, or Time Tracking solutions.

Provide guidance, troubleshooting, and training to client teams.

Maintain a consultative approach to deliver exceptional partner-side solutions within timelines.
Requirements

Workday Certification: HCM plus Absence or Time Tracking (MANDATORY).

Demonstrated experience leading Workday HCM projects, specifically in a partner/consulting setting.

Strong communication, project management, and client-facing skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote environment
