CRM Business Analyst Madison, NJ Job description: Must have worked as a business analyst / product owner for a CRM implementation. Experience with Lead to Quote flow - Sales CRM like Salesforce or Marketing operations applications Leadspace, Ringlead etc. Thrive on data and providing key business insights based on analyzing multiple data sources. Take initiative to identify what the business should be tracking and evaluating. Able to think through problems and make actionable recommendations. Critically evaluate information from multiple sources and clearly indicate quality of final analysis. Analyze and report on complex data to meet customer needs Determine, implement, and evaluate business metrics to meet ongoing organizational or customer information needs. Understanding of AGILE project methodologies & Scrum ceremonies. Ability to document business requirements and process flows. Ability to work with stakeholders across the business to ensure that user stories are clearly defined, delivered and approved for deployment. Ability to conduct fit-GAP analysis Ability to design business solutions and prepare platform-agnostic solutions with To-BE flow documents. Ability to prepare Data conversion strategy. Define and refine the business process that can improve data collection and quality. Assist in integration and acceptance testing Prepare and deliver client presentations and deliverables Ability to prepare training materials and SOP manuals CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) - certification will be a plus
