Job Title: Technical Project Lead Location: Milwaukee, WI Duration : Contract Field Services Resource Manager Project Support Description Resource management and technical oversight for third party Windows 10 migration software including deployment, support, and report generation across a global environment. Total Team Size = 5 Responsibilities Be punctual and ready to deliver on-time every time Engage client project teams to determine work volumes by location across the globe Evaluate PC's for implementation viability along-side customer technical teams Work with regional support vendors to align resources based on work volume Coordinate and train remote resources to assist users and resolve issues Collaborate with onsite delivery teams to resolve issues causing work stoppage Prevent and manage escalations with urgency and compassion Provide accurate, timely, and creative solutions to computer end-users in a large-scale corporate environment Monitor and track work time and output of your resources Identify risk and notify the client and HCL escalation managers Generate and format reports for both employer and customer Be responsible and accountable for deliverables and customer satisfaction Education and Experience Requirements Must have intermediate experience with Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Powerpoint, OneNote, and Excel Must be able to properly balance and prioritize large workloads and deliver in a timely fashion Must have excellent customer service skills acting as a liaison between the client and the delivery teams Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing Must maintain a neat and clean personal work environment Must be willing to occasionally support high priority incidents during off hours Technical Experience Requirements 1-3 Years of user-facing computer hardware/software product support 6 Months utilizing Service Now or equivalent ticketing system 6 Months supporting offshore teams in troubleshooting computer software and hardware 6 Months supporting multi-function printers in a corporate environment 2 Years of operating systems imaging and/or computer refresh projects Previous project management experience a major plus If your skills match our requirements, please send your resume to .
