The Technical Business Analyst oversees and manages multiple Digital Advertising IT projects, including maintenance and long-term support, throughout the life cycle of each project. Knowledge of the online advertising industry is must. You will work closely with different advertising partners

This position must provide and demonstrate the ability to work with a diverse project team consisting of members from all parts of the organization internally and externally, Business and IT. The BA role will design and document work flow, and manage and provide solutions for new business projects in understanding the customer''s business requirements and process management, and translating them to particular software requirements

The Business Analyst will work with Project Manager, Business team, Technology team, Clients and Partners to capture and document business requirements for Digital Advertising projects.

In addition, this position will require to work closely with internal or external Stakeholders.



Essential Job Functions:

1. Collaborate with Business, Technology, Service Providers and Partners, Ford IT and Business teams to capture requirement and create requirement traceability metrics 2. Project support of digital applications. 3. Engagement in Ford IT PMO processes for ensuring proper principles and communication 4. Processing of JIRA tickets for application portfolio 5. Facilitate recurring status meetings with business, TDI, and other vendors working in Digital space 6. Identify and capture project risks and communicate those risks on regular basis to project leadership team 7. Gathering and documentation of business and technical requirements 8. Collect meeting notes and project milestones within collaborative WIKI space

9. Document and maintain project artifacts

Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements:

Must have a Bachelors’ degree • Must have at least 5 years of multi-disciplined IT projects experience. • Must have several years’ experience working on IT projects through discovery and delivery phases throughout the SDLC • Must have knowledge of Google marketing tools. • Must have experience working with Microsoft Office tools including MS Project • Strong communication, facilitation skills, and time management skills • Understanding of Project Management methodologies and have ability to prioritize issues with business effectively • Must be willing to flex work hours accordingly to support application launches and manage production outages if necessary

Experience with gathering business requirements and documenting them effectively in project discovery phase • Ability to multitask with numerous projects and responsibilities • Experience working directly with business customers • Experience working with JIRA and WIKI • Must have experience working in a fast-paced dynamic environment. • Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience including presentations to senior leadership, peer groups, and associates. • Must be able and willing to participate as individual contributor as needed. • Must have ability to work the time necessary to complete projects and/or meet deadlines.
