Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, freshers can also apply.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Java).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
Knowledge of business process modeling and improvement techniques.
Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) is a plus.
