Job Description:

  • Proven Business Development, Account Management and Vendor Management experience in the US staffing industry
  • Develop new clients ( Direct / Tier 1 ) for IT staffing business in USA
  • Ability to build business relationships
  • Have long term clients who are willing to work with you and who have gained trust over the years working with you
  • Proven record of successfully signing up contracts with new clients and placing resources on various projects
  • Good understanding of US staffing business, sales process and recruitment process.
  • Must have a proven track record of outstanding sales performance in the IT consulting industry and a workable approach for closing new business, and a sense of urgency in obtaining new business
  • Plan and Execute sales strategy & tactics that maximize business opportunities
  • Analyse requirements from clients and work closely with the recruiting team to ensure delivery meets clients' expectations
  • Experienced in Evaluating, Negotiating and Executing Client Contracts as well as Sub Contracts adhering to Company Policies • Experience handling projects and services contracts and SOWs is preferred
  • Preferable experience in US Staffing, IT Sales, software sales, US Sales, B2B sales or Lead Generation etc.

 

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum of 3-4 year of experience in IT US staffing business development
  • Ability to search the market and come up with new ideas
  • Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision making
