Job Overview:

• Responsible for assisting in the governance of IT disciplines. Collects analyses and documents service management-related activities.
• Leads, guides and provides cross-functional (from the requirement domain) project oversight for the business analysis staff.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, HP ALM, AWS, SQL, Visio, etc.
• Proficient in creating process and data flow diagrams.
• Good understanding of ETL and APIs functioning.
• Provides tactical (day-to-day) requirement development guidance, based on the strategic SDLC model, for the business analysis staff.
• Proficient in following Agile development methodology.
• Directly handles requirement development tasks associated with high-profile, high-priority strategic initiatives.
• Helps lead planning sessions related to projects or new technologies to implement process improvement within the functional area. Documents discussions and agreements.
• Facilitates gate reviews, change advisor boards, and IT operational meetings.
• Assesses process improvement opportunities utilizing a structured requirements process (gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing changes) to assist in identifying priorities and advice on options.
• Provides factual content, analysis, and other information to guide development projects and enhancements activities.
• Investigates resolves and escalates problems.
• Participate in meetings and projects with client staff, project managers, and developers to automate, upgrade, or expand applications that accomplish business operations of assigned work unit(s).
• Create, design, and format specification documentation including current and future state business process flow diagrams, functional and non-functional requirements, use cases, business rules, and other information or processes needed to describe required system changes for development, QA, and other internal customers.

• Responsible for product quality assurance.
• Proficient in Test planning, test case creation, execution, and coordination.
• Derive the Testing throughout the STLC Functional, SIT, E2E, UAT, and production support. Coordinate and communicate with respective stakeholders.
• Proficient in Database testing.
• Proficient in API testing.
• A good understanding of Cloud technologies(AWS), Data analysis, HP ALM, Jira, and release management are essential.
• Proficient in setting up processes, procedures, and reporting.
