Job Description :

Title: Sr Business Analyst
Location: Sunnyvale, CA
Duration: 18mth+

Sr Business Analyst
Properly develop business outcomes documents and prioritize features and requests and maintain the product/sprint backlog
Engage with a variety of stakeholders and determine opportunities for operational improvements or innovative solutions to problems
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Test Cases creation and facilitate UAT sessions
Collaborate and plan with team members on product roadmaps based on prioritized business requirements
Support ongoing dialog with legal, IT, and security to meet compliance requirements
Partner with the business stakeholders to define strategies and success metrics for projects
Proactively examine, control, and implementation change management process internally and with business stakeholders
Partner with team members to define product KPIs and success metrics to improve product performance and demonstrate ROI
Monitor and evaluate the product KPIs post-implementation to facilitate analyzing, reporting and improvement action
Requirements
Basic Qualifications
4-year degree in a technical field
10+ years of experience as business analyst on a product team
Based in the US with the ability to work in Pacific Time hours
Preferred Capabilities
Master''s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to keep the big picture in mind
Self-starter and team player
Experience working on Agile teams
Experience supporting global regions
Experience with Internet of Things or Workplace Technology
