Description:
Purpose
You are involved in managing assigned project scope and requirements, driving and securing the high quality of Partner System Readiness PSR) Deliverables provided by the assigned PSR team.
Where appropriate you engage and manage all relevant stakeholders, ensuring alignment across in terms of understanding of PSR Remediation key objectives, ways of working, and deliverables.
You will integrate the different Informatics services that are assigned to ensure the deliverables are delivered as per the specifications (budget, time, quality standards, requirements, and corporate rules).
Your primary responsibilities include:
" Managing the full scope of PSR remediation topics and deliverables from the entry-readiness phase to Deployment.
" Pro-actively working with the PSR Architecture product owner/site lead to ensure that the work is done to capture relevant data to continually improve the accuracy and integrity of the Transformation Readiness Assessment tracker ( Remediation Tracker)
" Taking custody of the PSR Architecture deliverables (where appropriate) once the main scope of the work is delivered. The responsibility includes continuing the work to refine and ultimately complete the data needed to enable a full assessment of the impacted systems and applications, de-risk deployment further, and successfully carry out the rest of the work.
" Working with the Site IT Leads, SMEs, as part of the Aspire Readiness Program, to create a full overview of impacted Partner Systems criticality in terms of proximity to the production.
" Regularly collaborating with the deployment partner (Client) to plan out the F2T sessions where the impacted L4 processes have relevant partner- systems that need to be further assessed
" Working with the system readiness subject matter experts (SMEs) to assess remediation topics, and plan out the work to get the deployment site ready for ASPIRE Deployment (example: Hardware SPOC, Document Management, Environmental Monitoring, 3PL, EDI, ...)
" Performing tasks entrusted by the System Readiness Wave Leads and ASPIRE Site Deployment Leads as part of the scope of support and works towards the deployment sites.
" Working closely with the PSR Wave lead and Integration Lead to plan out the work towards getting the site ready for ASPIRE deployment
" Working closely with the System Readiness deployment wave lead/engagement lead, to ensure effective project governance, management, and timely reporting of progress on activities and work packages according to the program plan and milestones
" Ensuring the different non-functional IT and local IT requirements for ASPIRE Impacted Partner Systems are accurately scoped out, and delivered for deployment
What you will be working on:
" Developing and maintaining business cases including high-level solution options, resource estimates, and resource confirmation to support the needs of the relevant sites
" Acting as a liaison between business and IT functions and as a contact point for business leads to launch initiatives, leading and driving the scoping phase.
" When needed, collaborating with the relevant stakeholders in system/IT development activities like translating business strategy in technology-enabled strategies, portfolio management processes, feasibility studies, clarifying available technology on the market and vendor selection (RFI/RFP/RFQ)
" Striving for harmonization of business processes across sites and departments by propagating common standardized data models, applications and technologies that are in line with the cross-functional or functional Informatics strategies and architectures.
" Performing typical Business Analysis activities and creating deliverables as per Roche standards within a squad/project like a Business Case, Project Charter and URS/User Stories
" Working with delivery and the project team to ensure that the final solution matches the URS and customer's needs and is delivered according to plan
" Providing inputs for Lessons Learned and Retrospectives for future deployments
" Supporting Monitoring and Status Tracking of remediation activities.
Education
" Bachelor or University degree (informatics, engineering or similar)
Experience
" Minimum 5 years' experience working within a global environment in the pharmaceutical industry and have excellent knowledge of the regulatory requirements surrounding this field, particularly GMP.
" You have experience of working with senior-level partners in global work streams within projects in a matrixed environment leading without authority across multiple stakeholders and managing several tasks at once.
" You are willing to stretch beyond your comfort zone to learn new skills in a rapidly changing environment and have the ability to build and maintain business relationships.
