Specifically Looking for US Citizen''s & Green Cards
Responsibilities will include:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create or revise user interface mock-ups, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria for web and mobile software applications
Analyze existing requirements to identify what must be changed and identify the implications for related requirements based on objectives proposed by internal stakeholders
Write and edit functional specifications and associated acceptance criteria
Act as Scrum Master facilitating daily scrum meetings and regular grooming/planning meetings with the engineering teams
Assist in performing ad hoc and performance testing, as needed
Ensure compliance with all corporate policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
At least 3-4 years of experience in Business Analysis
Proficiency writing user stories and functional specifications for software applications
Understanding of basic software design concepts and user interface controls
In-depth understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and related methodologies, including Agile Scrum
Previous experience using Confluence, JIRA, and/or similar tools required
Strong interpersonal communication skills; ability to write in a clear and concise style
Proficiency with basic computer skills, including spreadsheets and word processing
Proactive attitude, analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills; strong time management and organizational skills required
Knowledge of GCP and FDA requirements preferred
