Job Description :
BUSINESS ANALYST

ul>
li>Project is focused on making LIBOR transitions via Calypso tool/li>
li>Responsible for providing business analysis expertise for technology initiatives in support of a business desk and/or systems application within the Securities businesses./li>
li>Act as a liaison between the business and technology teams to interpret and develop requirements for business problems and recommend applications development / enhancement solutions./li>
li>Use capital markets and technology application(s) knowledge to conduct detailed analysis in response to business & technology requests to develop efficient and accurate functional requirements./li>
li>Coordinate communication and information flow between business and technology teams./li>
li>Create and maintain project / systems documentation and proactively monitor & manage project schedules and deliverables./li>
li>Work with business users to develop and provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs and recommend changes./li>
li>Participate in system testing and project development lifecycle management. May manage others./li>

Requirements:



ul>
li>5+ years of business systems analysis or design experience/li>
li>Calypso knowledge is required./li>
li>3+ years of experience in the capital markets and investment banking industry/li>
li>Knowledge and understanding of technology business systems analysis or design in capital markets and investment banking/li>
li>Knowledge and understanding of operational work flows/processes for capital markets and investment banking, including industry participants/li>
li>Knowledge and understanding of industry regulations for developing technological solutions/li>
li>/li>
