Role-Business Analyst
Qualifications:
Strong interest in the challenges of public-sector service design.
Minimum of seven (7) years of business analyst experience within a large operational organization.
Demonstrated experience in a role with similar responsibilities where you were identified as the “functional lead” that designed and implemented a new operational solution supporting new business processes and technologies.
Demonstrated experience in describing and implementing new business operational processes and solutions within complex / matrix organizations.
Demonstrated experience in defining leadership level operational metrics and management functions, detailed business support processes, detailed technology processes, enabling a high-quality high availability solution within a regulated environment.
Ability to document and communicate complicated concepts clearly and concisely through both writing and oral and visual presentation.
Ability to quickly grasp technology concepts, and to learn and use new technology tools.
Bachelor’s degree required.
