Position : Business Analyst
Location : Burlington, NJ - Looking to convert this position to full time after the contract so please ensure candidates are able/willing to convert to FTE
Duration: 03 months

Experience
Any experience with BI tools such as Microstrategy is especially helpful in building out metrics and dashboards. Overall looking for a well-rounded BA with holistic experience within Infrastructure. Experience in a Retail environment is preferred but not required.
Summary

IT Service Center (ITSC) Business Analyst is a liaison for IT Infrastructure and Development teams responsible to ensure customer satisfaction and drive quality of service needs. This position requires understanding overall business needs and IT support trends across all IT support areas of the organization to ensure quality IT Support Services are being met. Routinely researching issues and aligning key system owners to deliver root cause solutions which will minimize incident volumes. Performs operational support audits and reporting which will raise the awareness of customer satisfaction, KPI and other checks to ensure IT best practices and measures are being met for the best quality support of IT Services. IT projects participation across Burlington Stores IT environment are also performed.

This position will work directly with all areas of IT and other corporate pyramids including Stores, Planning, Marketing, Construction, Facilities, Corporate Store Operations, and Field partners. Candidate will take independent action to troubleshoot issues and system problems bringing them to successful resolution. Will help identify opportunities and implement new technology needed to improve productivity while reducing costs and improving the associate experience. Ability to communicate and work with technical and non-technical staff to resolve issues and share knowledge
This will be a dedicated BA for the IT Service Desk reporting directly to the Director of the group. Focus will be on data analytics and trend analysis and creating documentation for reporting. Candidate should have an infrastructure/help desk background and knows how to analyze support data to drive results with IT teams. Will be responsible for creating workflow diagrams and data analysis to help the service desk run more efficiently.
