Position: BOX ECM Implementation Lead
Location/ Travel 100% remote

Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation and administration of BOX ECM solutions, ensuring they meet organizational needs and objectives
Configure and optimize BOX ECM modules, including Box IT & Admin, Box Archive, Box Relay, Box Core, and Box AI, to enhance operational efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate BOX ECM with Guidewire ClaimCenter, ensuring effective data management and process integration
Develop training materials and conduct sessions for end-users to promote effective utilization of BOX ECM tools and features
Monitor project timelines and deliverables, providing regular updates to stakeholders to ensure successful project execution
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant certifications in BOX ECM are preferred
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in BOX ECM implementation and administration, with expertise in BOX ECM modules
Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
Strong communication skills, capable of interfacing with all levels of management and stakeholders effectively
Experience in the insurance sector and proficiency in BOX ECM implementation and Box connector integration with Guidewire ClaimCenter
