Job Title: BI Architect (Business Intelligence Architect)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced BI Architect to design and implement scalable business intelligence solutions that enable data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will define BI strategy, architect data models, and ensure efficient reporting and analytics capabilities across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop enterprise BI architecture and reporting frameworks
Define data models, semantic layers, and analytics structures
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into BI solutions
Oversee data integration between data sources and BI platforms
Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of BI systems
Establish BI best practices, standards, and governance policies
Optimize queries, dashboards, and reporting processes
Support self-service analytics and data visualization initiatives

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of BI concepts, data modeling, and analytics
Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.)
Proficiency in SQL and relational databases
Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL/ELT processes
Experience with dashboard design and performance tuning
Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Analytics, or related field
Proven experience designing BI and analytics solutions
Experience with large-scale enterprise reporting environments
Understanding of data governance and security best practices

Nice to Have

Experience with modern data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, etc.)
Knowledge of advanced analytics / predictive modeling
Industry-specific BI experience
