Job Description:
As an Operation head, you will be making process (from the scratch), Strategies and meeting P/L goals.
Should have:
Led a team/organization in similar model.
In-depth Visa Knowledge such as OPT, H1B, EAD, GC, Citizen
Sound knowledge of Immigration/Compliance around above Visa, as you will be working closely with Attorneys on fillings and other required formalities.

Technical Training Process knowledge
Networking Techniques Sourcing requirements in Job portals like Dice, Monster,
Career builder, Net-Temps, LinkedIn, and Etc.
In-depth understanding on Contract/RTH/W2 arrangements.
Strong network of clients for bench placements, gain market intelligence, leverage existing talent pool for referrals and contacts.
Excellent written, verbal & interpersonal communication skills.
This is not a bench sale/marketing position; we are looking for a Senior resource/Subject Matter Expert to not only run the process but also structure the whole layout and take ownership and accountability.
