Job Description :

We are in search of a dedicated and results-driven Bench Sales Manager to steer our sales team. This essential role involves accomplishing our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth targets. Your key responsibilities will include daily engagement with bench consultants, active communication with vendors, validating visa and immigration requirements of consultants, and ensuring the timely placement of our consultants at client locations. You will also supervise and encourage a team of 10-15 sales recruiters.

 1. Lead and manage a team of bench sales recruiters, providing guidance, mentorship, and oversight to achieve sales and recruitment targets.

2.    Develop and implement effective sales and recruitment strategies to source, screen, and place IT professionals on projects.

3.    Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their project needs and ensuring high-quality consultant placements.

4.    Identify and engage with new clients, expanding the company's client portfolio within the IT staffing space.

5.    Utilize technical knowledge to evaluate candidate skills and match them with client requirements, ensuring the right fit.

6.    Collaborate closely with account managers and clients to understand project needs, align recruitment efforts, and provide exceptional customer service.

7.    Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead in the bench sales landscape.

8.    Oversee the negotiation and closing of contracts with clients and consultants, ensuring favourable terms for all parties.

9.    Conduct regular performance reviews of bench sales team members, identifying areas for improvement, and providing training and support.

11 .Manage the efficient placement of our bench consultants within a specified timeframe. Understand their technical competencies and actively market their skills to potential clients. Maintain daily communication with bench consultants, ensuring their readiness for job placements and addressing any concerns.

12. *Visa and Immigration Verification*: Before sharing bench consultants' resumes, validate their immigration status and visa requirements required for the job.

13. *Vendor Communication*: Engage in daily active communication with vendors, establishing robust relationships to ensure a seamless and efficient placement process.

14. *Business Development*: Proactively nurture new client relationships and expand existing accounts to drive sales growth.

15. *Sales Strategy and Execution*: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, leading our sales team members to achieve sales targets.

16.. *Reporting and Analysis*: Prepare daily/bi-weekly/monthly reports on sales results. Use data and trends to adjust sales strategies as necessary.
