1. He would act like a thought leader and would cut across the 2-4 squads we have with client.
2. He’ll be the delivery SPOC from Brillio and will double up as people leader. Leading onsite/Offshore team
3. His areas of expertise should be as an AWS data engineering expert with good data governance experience where he should have experience building enterprise data lake solution.
4. In depth knowledge on AWS, especially data storage and processing technology stack like Athena, Glue, S3, EMR, Lambda, Cloud front, Cloud Formation, Kinesis, Data Pipeline Services, AWS Batch Services, Dynamo DB, etc.
5. Expert in writing SQL and some experience on Python and shell scripting.
6. Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills, ability to easily communicate complex ideas
7. Leadership skills Project management understanding for smooth functioning.
