Disclaimer: The selected candidate will be required to come in person to Austin to obtain equipment, badge and initial assignments and required to physically attend meetings in Austin, TX with minimal notice. Candidates currently residing outside of the State of Texas, will be required to relocate to Texas, if selected for this position and the offer is accepted.

The Worker is responsible for establishing DevOps model and CI/CD pipeline for effective usage of Atlassian suite of products. 
This role may also be responsible for the following:
•        Establish DevOps model and  CI/CD pipeline for effective usage of Atlassian suite of products and effective use of its licenses.
•        Implement and maintain Atlassian DevOps product suite in a Data Center.
•        Set up and maintain Bitbucket for code management.
•        Hands on setup of Bamboo server and configuring build and deployment scripts to application server and/or containers.
•        Establish Confluence with JIRA for Requirement management and Requirements traceability.
•        Implement and maintain XRAY for JIRA for test management and defect management.
•        Establish and maintain JIRA Confluence and SharePoint connectors for effective collaboration and project documentation experience.
•        Develop reports and dashboards to effectively report project status of wide range of activities and timeline reports out of the Atlassian set of tools.

CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Requirements:
Years    Required/Preferred    Experience
7    Required    Experience in using wide variety of DevOps models in Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid SDLC practices.
5    Required    Experience in developing scripts and using Unix/Linux to configure DevOps infrastructure.
5    Required    Experience in providing expertise knowledge to team on setting up the new DEV/OPS model and guide the team in successfully moving DEV/OPS to robust Agile or Hybrid Agile suitable to Atlassian suite of products from waterfall model.
5    Required    Experience in establishing DevOps model and CI/CD pipeline for effective usage of Atlassian suite of products and effective use of its licenses.
5    Required    Experience in implementing and maintaining Atlassian DevOps product suite in a Data Center.
5    Required    Implementation experience in establishing DevOps change management using JIRA, Confluence, & JIRA Test suite.
5    Required    Experience in setting up and maintaining Bitbucket for code management.
5    Required    Experience in using Jenkins.
5    Required    Experience in establishing Confluence or similar tool with JIRA for Requirements management and Requirements traceability.
5    Required    Experience in developing reports and dashboards to effectively report project status of a wide range of activities and timeline reports out of the Atlassian set of tools.
3    Required    Experience in using Bamboo server, includes hands on Bamboo server setup with configuring build and deployment scripts to application server and/or containers.
3    Required    Experience in implementing and maintaining XRAY for JIRA for test management and defect management.
5    Preferred    Experience in using ORACLE to configure the DEV/OPS artifacts.
3    Preferred    Experience in writing scripts to migrate DEVOPS artifacts from CollabNet TeamForge.
2    Preferred    Experience in establishing and maintaining JIRA Confluence and SharePoint connectors for effective collaboration and project documentation experience.
