Job Description :
Required Qualifications.
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
Candidate must be willing to relocate to either Lone Tree, CO. This position may also require relocation or travel to project locations.
U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply.
Experience in Reference Data Management/Market Data Management.
Preferred Qualifications.
At least 5 years of experience in Client onboarding, financial planning, portfolio management, performance measurement, books & records, order management & settlements and account oversight.
At least 5 years of experience in Business support/ Business analysis activities.
At least 5 years of experience in Business Analysis Skills – Requirements analysis, elicitation, agile methodologies
Exposure to Asset Management – Equities, Fixed Income, Mutual Funds
Experience as an IT Business Analyst/Product Owner with experience in requirement gathering/elicitation, Prioritize and sequence the user Stories Backlog, SQL skills
At least 5 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
At least 5 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process
Experience in understanding Data Models & ability to write SQL queries.
Analytical and Communication skills
Planning and Co-ordination skills
Experience in Financial Services domain
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
