Position: IT ASM/Operations Manager 
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 6-12 months contract
Mandatory Skills:  ASM, Telecom and financing domain

Job description:
  • 10+ years of hands on experience in handling ASM projects
  • Knowledge of application Maintenance and Support Services activities including providing - Corrective, Adaptive, Preventive, and Perfective Maintenance.
  • Day-to-day management of IT operations  for Applications Support and Maintenance (ASM) services
  • Provide regular and accurate management reporting on IT Service performance.
  • First point of leadership escalation for any service operations related issues
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for issue resolution
  • Customer management – Should be able to build rapport with customer. Handle customer calls, Bridge calls and manage customer.
  • Manage SLA(s), Quality delivery and should be able to handle P1/P2 issue communication and bridges.
  • Adherence to operations/ITIL based process. ITIL v3 certification preferable
  • Identifying and managing issues applicable to the relevant process compliance
  • Presenting any issues, risks, or concerns to the concerned stakeholders
  • Make recommendations for Service Improvement Plans and ensure actions are followed through to completion in a timely manner
  • Telecom and financing domain experience preferable
  • Basic knowledge of Splunk, Grafana, AppDynamics preferable
